I bought a 2007 quest from Carmax 3 years ago. On Monday the motor died on the driver side window with the window in the down position. I went to Herb Gordon over the memorial day holiday to upgrade my vehicle. My color choice was unavailable. The staff did everything possible to locate the vehicle of my choice. It took four days, but i got the exact car I wanted. They even threw in car mats for the wait time. My salesman Carl DeShazior was thoughtful, honest, and great to work with. It was a fantastic car buying experience.
