I have two long time friends who I visit weekly at Heritage Oaks . The loving care I see the residents receive is extraordinary!! It is not just the efforts of a few , it is a accumulative effort of very individual on the staff of this facility . Friendliness - I have lived several places, Heritage Oaks is the friendliest. Every tries to be so helpful. I have no complaints. The staff are very helpful. The food I can eat is good but I can;t eat everything. I have been here a few months (2 or 3) and I am still getting to know people. I love sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch and I love the courtyard. I go on outings a lot. I really have no complaints. My daughter is very pleased.
Heritage Oaks is home! The staff are great! The management team and "sales manager" are the best! They know what we like and they provide it to us! They meet all our needs. The good is good. Meals are great. Kitchen staff want to please us. If we have a special order, they fix it. The residents at Heritage Oaks become so close that we want to be together all the time. We help each other. I like living here even though I would rather be at my own home. The girls come every time I push my button. They are very nice to me. Our housekeeper is really good. She does a great job cleaning and is very nice. The rehab company does a great job. I like doing exercises with them.
I think everything here at Heritage Oaks is wonderful. I don't think I would be happier anywhere else. The people here are so good. The staff are wonderful. I just love all the girls. The food is very good. I enjoy every meal. All I am going to give you are accolades because I am very happy here.
I have been well taken care of. There are no major faults. I am happy with my lifestyle although I would rather be living independently. My favorite activities are BINGO. I get up when I want to - that's around 11am. The kitchen staff are very good to me. They let me choose what foods I want to eat and when. The staff are fantastic including the Sales Director. They take care of me well.
The meals Heritage Oaks provide are wonderful. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I love the people here. The help are wonderful people. I love them all. In comparison to other places it is really quite reasonable. My favorite thing to do here is spending time with my friends. We are just a big family. I like going to the theater but I love visiting with everyone. I would absolutely recommend Heritage Oaks to anyone wanting to live here.
I like the popcorn the most! They serve it every day. Heritage Oaks is animal friendly. I have my cat peek-a-boo here with me. The staff is overworked but very cheerful about it. Meals are always on time. Sometimes they are good. Sometimes they are excellent. Management is under staffed but efficient. Sometimes they are too busy for personal visits. It is the busiest place I have ever been at. I miss having music every week.
