My family and I are having a wonderful experience so far. From day 1, we were welcomed with kindness. There is no doubt that the team puts a lot of thought into making the facility feel like home. What a beautiful lobby and dining room! Knowing that my mom is safe and has her own apartment has given our family peace. We are truly grateful.

I would not recommend heritage Clara Barton. short term somewhat. Reasonable price long-term is very expensive. heritage Clara Barton has an excellent dining area. It's a regular restaurant style and you have a whole big menu to pick from independent living or assisted living. Venetian is only assisted living. There is no independent so it's two totally different places, depending on what you need Clara Barton also has an assisted living, which is more expensive than the independent there's so many things to say about both p... read more

Everyone is nice, but I think the carpet in the hallway and bathroom for visitors can be cleaned and updated. I would recommend to others. Everyone is nice and helpful

Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Food could be slightly larger portions & they could encourage clients to get out in the community more!

The facilities ate spotless, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, the studio is spacious, and the dining hall is very inviting and spacious.

The staff was very accommodating. They even came out to do the health assessment. They also were super accommodating to us, allowing us to move him in gradually. They are very responsive and warm. And they work hard to help my dad get acclimated. The apartment is a nice size with a full kitchen. And it was among the more affordable communities. They also have doctors that visit weekly. My mother and father moved into Heritage last July and loved it. They were being taking care of the way they needed to be. My father had a stroke and had to start using a walker and couldn't drive anymore and my mother had early dementia. Unfortunately, a few months later my father passed away.
