I am currently a resident at The Heritage of Clara Barton. Most of the staff are friendly, one staff member was rude to me one time. The housekeeping is good. Overall, if I knew what I know now before I moved here, I would have tried very hard to find somewhere else to live. Also, the cable service could be better. It is not 100% reliable.

What I like the most about The Heritage of Clara Barton community is I have finally found a place to call home. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

I would recommend The Heritage of Clara Barton to others looking for independent living. It has been a great place for me to live, although I feel it should've been a bit cheaper, especially if you want to make your own meals for yourself.

Overall I think it's a good value. They do their best to make it a pleasant experience for my loved one. The food is average. Variety is good, but it's just not to my loved one's taste. The other residents seem to be eating it without issue.

My parents have been so incredibly happy and blessed to live in this facility. The staff is clearly committed to providing the utmost care and communication. As we continue to adjust to the new normal the care provided put my husband and I at peace because of the protection my parents are receiving They also feel safe and secure living in the facility. My mom has happily resided here for two and a half years. But since COVID we have come to appreciate the caring staff here even more. They have kept my mom and all the residents safe yet active and engaged. They have been compassionate, positive and upbeat. From the beginning of the pandemic, the Heritage at Clara Barton has gone above and beyond to ensure the safety and well being of my mother (and every resident) as well as to keep the families up to date, with not only transparency, but open lines of communication. As a healthcare worker myself, I appreciate the great strides they have been taken to protect those who are most vulnerable. During the pandemic, Clara Barton updates me with the zoom information, twice/week, since I work from home and can't participate. Always very friendly even with all the stress Covid had brought to us all. They are always very accommodating with any questions or assistance I need. My Mom has lived there for over 4 years and has recently been put into hospice. They are all very kind. I am very grateful my Mom chose Clara Barton. You will not be disappointed!
