In every category I would rate them a 5. The facility is very expensive but they take Medicaid which is a program I'm going to have to start completing paperwork for soon. Very helpful director who provides lots of information. The staff has been wonderful. It's a stressful time and they made the transition easy.

There does seem to be quite a bit of staff turnover. Other than that, the facility is clean, all of the staff and residents have been kind, it is affordable and it is in a great location! I would definitely recommend The Heritage of Clara Barton to others looking.
My sister made the decision to move to a Senior Living facility this past year, given changes in her family support situation, and increasing concerns about the aging process. Though she experienced the normal concerns about such an important lifestyle move, she, her family and I have concluded that she was fortunate to have selected HCB. I am currently a resident at The Heritage of Clara Barton. Most of the staff are friendly, one staff member was rude to me one time. The housekeeping is good. Overall, if I knew what I know now before I moved here, I would have tried very hard to find somewhere else to live. Also, the cable service could be better. It is not 100% reliable.
What I like the most about The Heritage of Clara Barton community is I have finally found a place to call home. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.
I would recommend The Heritage of Clara Barton to others looking for independent living. It has been a great place for me to live, although I feel it should've been a bit cheaper, especially if you want to make your own meals for yourself.
Overall I think it's a good value. They do their best to make it a pleasant experience for my loved one. The food is average. Variety is good, but it's just not to my loved one's taste. The other residents seem to be eating it without issue.
My parents have been so incredibly happy and blessed to live in this facility. The staff is clearly committed to providing the utmost care and communication. As we continue to adjust to the new normal the care provided put my husband and I at peace because of the protection my parents are receiving They also feel safe and secure living in the facility.
