I came here to get a second opinion after my cat broke her leg and I ended up switching over to this vet after just one visit. Dr. Carpenter is kind and thorough and takes great care of my baby. Their services are very reasonably priced, much more so than my previous vet, which was also a reason for switching over. I like that I can use the PetDesk app here and pay directly from the CareCredit app. This animal hospital was highly recommended to me by a friend and I in turn highly recommend this place to others.

I was unable to take my dog for a critical blood test today. My daughter said she had a small window of availability to take her for me. She called ahead to Hiram Animal Hospital to ask for help getting the test down and out of there quickly. My daughter told me everything Hiram Animal did to help her and I was amazed. They went far above and beyond great customer service into a metric few could match. THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH!!!

We recently went out of town and our two yorkies were boarded. When we picked them up they were lethargic and seemed to lack the energy to eat or even play. They also had a cough and they sneezed quite often. We usually take them to another vet but Hiram said they would work them in. I had to make the hard decision of putting my cat down today due to terminal illness and her overall health. Needless to say I was a mess. I brawled my eyes out. However the staff was very understanding and made me and my mom so comfortable. I already miss Nana so much. They let me stay with her up until her final breath. I've been taking my cat Fin there for two years and started taking my boy Dan there this past year. Unfortunately Dan recently went to play with the other kitties in heaven, but the compassion showed that day was appreciated more than they will ever know. They've taken great care of my furbabies and I will continue going there for as long as I'm in this area.
Let me just say Dr. Meeker is so kind and informative. I came in 5/20 for a cat UTI and right now I just found out the shot my cat was given doesn't do much to combat UTI's. This place is pretty hard to get into as it is busy and it's a holiday today so I had to go see my old vet way in Carrollton to get the proper antibiotics I initially asked for. Once again received excellent care from Dr. Meeker. I truly believe she is possibly the best vet in the county. Very informative and caring. Prices are also very reasonable. Left feeling confident in the care our pup received.

I called early in the morning to see if I could get our fur baby in that was hacking really bad. I dropped her off and they kept in touch with me on their findings and how she's as doing. I picked her up later that day with a description of all they checked out, meds to make her better and instructions. We have been going to this vet for a couple of decades and completely trust our precious fur babies with the staff and doctors.
