Andrew is always very helpful, courteous, and professional. The self-service dog wash is simply fantastic. It was clean and very convenient to use.

We took two of our dogs to the location in Bartlett,TN to use the self serve dog washing station. While waiting an employee asked if we wanted to have their paw prints painted. They were friendly the whole time we waited. The dog washing station was great too. This was our first time using it.

Bill was so helpful! Held two bags of puppy food for me for pickup when my closer Hollywood Feed didn’t have it. Told me about delivery service, too. Carried out heavy bags for me. Service above and beyond, all with a smile!

Leanne is the BEST groomer. We drive 30 minutes out of the way just to see her. My dogs absolutely love her and she does a fantastic job!!! Hollywood staff is also very helpful and pleasant.🐕❤️

I used the dog bathing facility. Everything worked perfectly. Having shampoo, etc. and towels is great. My senior dog has thick and fluffy hair which made having the dryers a plus. I’m a senior too and the height of washing and drying areas makes this chore much easier. The staff as always were pleasant and helpful.
