I appreciate the extra steps to attempt to call me back in order to refund an over charge. Plus the great customer service through the process specifically but it goes with out say that in store it is always a great experience too

Got treats for my dogs 1st birthday! Staff was very helpful describing the treat options and other options to help with dogs needs/concerns. I will definitely go back to get more goodies for my babies!
