I'be been doing business at the Johnston Road location, and all of the employees are extremely pleasant and helpful. I really miss Kelly, who was relocated to the Strawberry Hill store.

Trish and Tammy are amazing groomers! We were referred to them by our neighbors. We have a new puppy and started taking him for grooming at 3 months. He loves coming to see Trish. She is so awesome with him and genuinely cares for our puppy. I’ll never go anywhere else! They are top notch groomers.
Great customer service and I have been a loyal customer since we got our sweet girl Reno. That is her very favorite store to shop. Everyone remembers her name and she loves the attention and treats.
Business response:
Tirrell, thank you so much for your fantastic feedback! Our team works hard to go above and beyond for every customer, and it’s wonderful to see that we’ve met that goal! We love having your baby Reno come to see us in our store, come back to see us again soon!
