Very welcoming and informative staff. They were happy to help me navigate the store, (tried to) give my pup a treat, and informed me about special things the store offers. They have a great assortment of pet supplies. It was a little overwhelming to my pup and I, but we had a blast exploring the selection!
Business response:
Lauren, thank you for your amazing review! Our team works hard to ensure that we are providing the best possible customer experience, and that includes giving expert recommendations based on over 40 hours of training on our products, nutrition, and pet health. We’ve actually opened up much of our internal training to the public; you can view resources and training classes at hfu.hollywoodfeed.com. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
