You need to provide the waterproof aprons for bathing dogs. Make people turn them in before leaving to avoid them being stolen.

Kate always does a great job grooming Murphy. We are do thankful we have her. We really appreciate the single salon concept so that Murphy is only there as long as he needs to be.

The Strongsville, Ohio store has the BEST HF staff. They went out of their way to get my dog, Jasper’s favorite treats! Dana, the manager, located a couple boxes of discontinued ‘cookies’ at one of their stores in PA. The cookies were transported to my Strongsville store at which time they phoned me to tell me they arrived! Jasper is one lucky pup! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
