Always a great experience! But I am quite disappointed in the rate increase happening in the grooming department at the beginning of 2023 😔 That is a HUGE increase.Â

We followed Katie from her previous location, out to Strongsville. She's that good! She's the only groomer for us!Â

EXCELLENT customer service!! Megan is wonderful. Everytime we shop she remembers us and our dog. Asks how you doing and how can she help!! Our dog actually knows where she is going when you park the truck and is very excited to go there. We also use the grooming services which is great also.Â
