The customer service at the Strongsville store is fantastic. But I'm rather upset, I was told once I was signed up with Hollywood feed I would get monthly coupons and I have yet to get a single coupon. This is the only email I have received. I signed up back in July and it is now December and still no discounts.

We totally love coming to Pet People! The staff personnel are fantastic, very helpful and friendly! Kayte, our groomer is wonderful, the best groomer we have ever had for our Jaxon! He loves coming to visit and see Kayte!!
