Great customer service, but unfortunately did not carry the specific item I was looking to purchase. Fenrir hammer dog toy for mastiff breeds.

I discovered that this is the ONLY location in the entire greater Cleveland area that carries the dog food that was recommended to me. So this was my first time visiting this store. Upon entering the door, I was greeted by the sales associate. He was so kind and helpful. Normally I would want to be left alone and just browse, but his energy and knowledge let me be open to his guidance.
