Lucky was such a genuine personable associate! She gave my dog Otis a treat as well. Otis loved smelling around in the store. We will be back!

I discovered that this is the ONLY location in the entire greater Cleveland area that carries the dog food that was recommended to me. So this was my first time visiting this store. Upon entering the door, I was greeted by the sales associate. He was so kind and helpful. Normally I would want to be left alone and just browse, but his energy and knowledge let me be open to his guidance.
