The New Albany location gives you personal customer service that is helpful. Staff is very friendly, the store is always clean & the shelves are stocked & look so neat! Much easier to find what you need! The manager, Elissa is always friendly & eager to share her knowledge of nutritional needs. The are all very helpful!

Great customer service. With the change over from Pet People though, I'm noticing many items now do not have price stickers or signs listed. I probably would have purchased more if I hadn't needed to individually check with an associate about the cost of each item I wanted to buy.

It’s a total bummer you took away your bull litter. Those containers are awful for the environment and I can’t imagine having to now buy and waste 1 per week. Please consider bringing back bulk litter
