the staff was nice - the shampoos where watered down for the dogs baths and there were not cotton balls for the ears - watered down shampoo and no other benefits - $13.99 is expensive. I then asked if there were any specials for the bathing service - in the past with Pet People they had buy so many and get some free. They said they don't have them but there will be for the holiday.. we are pretty close to the holiday since the baths were Nov 27.Â

Went in to get a brand name product but when we found out the price we almost walked out, but the young lady there helped us finder a cheaper alternative and then told us that we could return it (and they would donate) if we didn’t like the product.Â
