Every time I bring Ziggy in the store, everyone is so welcoming! The help, the smiles and laughter the ladies bring is phenomenal!! Keep up the great work ladies!! See you all again soon!!

We absolutely love this store, even from the transition from Pet People to Hollywood feed. We drive a little over 24 miles to get the food and supplies for our dog Tucker. Every time we have shopped this store, we are consistently impressed by selection and the customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with our questions. Only wish they were closer, regardless of drive will continue to shop with them.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in (and that's usually what occurs when I walk in and I appreciate being acknowledged). The young lady immediately assisted me and even though the product I was looking for is not sold there she suggested a bulk item that I had not bought before and I'm happy to say all my dogs liked them. So now I have another treat I will buy for them (they're all picky on certain flavors and textures!). Bottom line..Great Service.

the staff was nice - the shampoos where watered down for the dogs baths and there were not cotton balls for the ears - watered down shampoo and no other benefits - $13.99 is expensive. I then asked if there were any specials for the bathing service - in the past with Pet People they had buy so many and get some free. They said they don't have them but there will be for the holiday.. we are pretty close to the holiday since the baths were Nov 27.
