They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I spend a couple of dollars more than the average, but it's the quality. I don't mind spending a couple of dollars that's going to be healthy for my pets. The employees ask how my pets are doing by name. To me that's service.
It's always a delight to go into the store. Everyone in the store is always so nice and very helpful.
I don’t usually leave reviews but Brad is amazing. He has always been very helpful but was especially helpful in finding a food that would be appropriate for my finicky puppy. He is knowledgeable and explained the ingredients and why he thought it might be more palatable to the puppy and it worked! He always has great suggestions to whatever I’m looking for and I really appreciate his assistance! Everyone in the store is nice but Brad seems to go out of his to provide excellent customer service!
I brought my dog in on June 29th for some new toys My dog and I greeted with friendly people and my dog got 2 new toys and she loves them. Thanks again for your help. Michelle and Winnie East
