I was disappointed that the Lewis Center store closed. I went to the Westerville location instead, the customer service was excellent!

A very clean and well stocked store. Staff member was vet friendly and helpful. The bath area was a great experience; clean, plenty of supplies and towels. The temperature inside the bath was perfect.
