This is the second time I’ve been to this location and have enjoyed both visits. They have a dog washing room where I take my boy. The associates are friendly and will assist you with whatever you need. I highly recommend this store and this location to pet owners for the baths, supplies, food, treats, supplements and so on. I have two Mississippi Made beds for my dog and he loves them!
The store is very well organized and the employees are super helpful. There is one gentleman who works there who is the best--polite, assists not just at the counter but will go back to the product I would like and help there, also.
My groomer recommended the Hollywood feed in Westerville and they do not disappoint. Brad demonstrates the highest level of customer service you could experience! He has taken the time to discuss the best options for my pup and educate me so I can make the best decisions. He even carries the bags to your car. Friendly and helpful staff. They are knowledgeable about their products and will offer advice, if asked, but are never pushy. Prices for food and products are reasonable. I will continue to shop there for all my pets needs!
I stopped into Hollywood Feed for advice on what to feed a sick cat. I was very impressed with the associate who assisted me. He understood my situation and gave me many options. He even gave me a sample of one type of food that turned out to be just what I needed! I went back the next day and purchased a bag of this. I believe this man has improved my pet's quality of life, and I'm very grateful.
