Knowledgeable & friendly. I prefer Hollywood Feed(Pet People) because they actually know the business inside & out. That is what I look for.
A very clean and well stocked store. Staff member was vet friendly and helpful. The bath area was a great experience; clean, plenty of supplies and towels. The temperature inside the bath was perfect.

In store customer service was excellent. Unfortunately we will not be back. We were emailed a coupon, but told at the store that the coupon was only for South Carolina shoppers. The coupon should have still been honored.
