I am always able to walk in and someone offers help! I love the choices of dog food, treats, toys…and everything else. I tried curbside a couple of weeks ago, and it was so easy to do, with instructions readily available and friendly service to my car door. I’m very happy with each experience I’ve had. (And good sales on items, too.) Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Brad is our favorite at Polaris location and Savi at Gahanna. Only complaint is the bakery discontinuing Barkberry treats which my picky puppy loves.
