I was running low on dog food for my dig who has allergies and usually have it delivered but was right by the store so decided to grab it. Well it's not one they keep stocked so they delivered it from the chagrin store a couple hours later

Associate was warm and friendly. Offered to help put my items up at the register. When I didn’t have the right item for a discount, she walked me over to point out the correct one.

As soon as we walked in the store the lady said hello is there anything that I can help you with she walked with us chatted with us and took us to where we needed to go talk to us about the food experience was excellent

My dog and I enjoy enjoy shopping at H F. I buy cat food there also - HF seems to have problems stocking Erica Gravy Lovers
