The customer service provided was excellent and unmatched by many other retail locations. I can't recall her name but she was attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and above all kind and friendly. This was my first time to hollywood feed after taking over this location as we were without a pet for awhile. Our business was earned by this experience.

It’s ok. The employees are nice and friendly when you walk into and try to be helpful. Sometimes there are not proper signs to show sale items.
