The Manager and her staff are amazing. They are friendly, courteous, helpful, respectful, always have a smile upon their faces, knowledgeable, and always make my experience a pleasant one when I shop. I’ve been a customer of the store since it opened in Deerfield back in 2015/2016.

The store at Deerfield IL has always been top class and still is. My only concern is in getting the dog treats that my dog Luna loves and keeping them in stock!!

We loved the personal service we got from the staff at PetPeople in Deerfield IL. When Hollywood Feed took over, we were nervous that the quality of products would decline and our favorite chews would be discontinued. The staff did go through a churn, but Liz, the manager is back and she is exceptional. Her customer service, knowledge and even the merchandising of the store is very well done.
