The employees were friendly and helped me locate the dry cat food I was looking for. They also explained the rewards program.

I came to the store with questions about a high quality food for my rescue kittens. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The store at Deerfield IL has always been top class and still is. My only concern is in getting the dog treats that my dog Luna loves and keeping them in stock!!

We loved the personal service we got from the staff at PetPeople in Deerfield IL. When Hollywood Feed took over, we were nervous that the quality of products would decline and our favorite chews would be discontinued. The staff did go through a churn, but Liz, the manager is back and she is exceptional. Her customer service, knowledge and even the merchandising of the store is very well done. Displays are attractive, even down to the baskets that hold the chews. She was "gone" from the Deerfield store for a while and we cons... read more
