My mother moved into an independent living apartment at HHP four months ago. Although my mom hasn't yet arrived, as each day nears, my anxiety rises. What if she is unhappy? What if she is difficult? What if, what if, what if? I love the Hollywood Hills Pacifica's facility, staff, management and care. They have good food for the residents, too! The management is very caring and thrives on listening and responding to their residents' concerns. They are NOT profit driven, which is a HUGE plus on the monthly room rate and service charges to families. The facility is designed beautifully for maximum sensory stimulation for memory and elderly clients. The building and grounds are immaculate. They have stimulating daily activities and outings. The facility and staff are wonderful!! Highly recommend. My mother is no longer there for other reasons ( too far away from family and friends, wasn't ready for assisted living).

While working with [name removed] from A Place for Mom I toured seven or eight assisted living communities in the greater LA area and narrowed the choices for my 97 year-old mother to visit down to 2. After the visit to Hollywood Hills Pacifica she determined she needed to look no further. The facility is beautiful. Families are invited to participate in happy hour and other special days. It is clean and most of the staff are warm and friendly. They are short staffed and do not have enough people and time to care for someone with significant needs. We have had to bring in private care. Also, they are very corporate and bill according to a point system, which is somewhat impersonal. The rate for care keeps going up and I have to make sure they are providing the care they charge for. Don't love the way the nursing program is run.

It is easy to sign in an a very smooth process. They need more staff to improve care. Food needs to be more creative it feels more like hospital food. I would recommend Hollywood Hills to others looking.

After extensive research and visiting numerous senior living communities, my family chose Hollywood Hills Senior Living for my parents, both of whom have dementia. The decision was not taken lightly, but it's one we're grateful for every day. The care they receive here is exceptional and meets all our expectations. From attentive staff to personalized support, Hollywood Hills has truly made a positive difference in our lives. I’d recommend it to anyone going through this journey.

I am a caregiver for one of the residents at Hollywood Hills Pacifica. I visited several other communities before I placed my friend here. It provides him with a lovely living environment, as well as a caring and very communicative staff. All of them have been amazing as my friend can be challenging at times and they have been very understanding and compassionate in dealing with him. I would highly recommend this residence.
