Connor made an excellent job of cleaning our stairs, landing and large rug. They look like new. He was polite, friendly and explained clearly what he would do and what products he’d be using. A real credit to your team! P.S. after receiving a text saying he was en route, I used the link for the map to track his location, but it wasn’t working. Obviously not his fault, but please could the company sort that out.Â
Andrew and his trainee were punctual, efficient, friendly and did a brilliant job.Â

Once again a delight to see Colin, one of your most thorough & efficient operatives. He has the patience of a saint when explaining how to disassemble the machines when I undertake the cleaning myself. Also I have a very good rapport with him due to our shared love of dogs.Â
