Diagnosed the problem very quickly. Explained what the issue was and confirmed price of part required.

Liam was lovely. He explained everything what he was doing today- nothing too much trouble. Liam was clean and tidy when working and after tidying up. I was pleased with all the cleaning he has done today and has put everything back whatvhe has taken out.

I have had problems with three of my radiators for 3 years. Will was brilliant he sorted them all out and now I can turn them off or on when I like. If Will is still working for your company next year I would like him to service my boiler again.

First class. Paul was polite, got on with the job, moved things carefully where necessary. He is a chap who clearly enjoys his job and takes a pride in his work. We both checked the carpet when he had finished and I rated Paul 10 out of 10- I was so pleased. I was therefore, v concerned when about 18 blackish marks appeared as the carpet dried.
