Friendly Professional Explained what he had done Told me about other services that I might be interested in (which I was) Went over and above what he came out to do by looking at my washing machine as it had a rattle , because of that I purchased a washing machine plan Highly recommended
The engineer who came to service the Kirby was very good and knew his stuff. The original contact was very poor. Two belts were sent to the wrong address and we found out to the wrong name. The engineer who should have called originally telephoned Mr Wheatley on my Landline. and also sent an email to my computer for a Mr Wheatley. So it was all a bit confusing. Came out the same day I called for an appointment & washing machine all fixed. Superb service
Matthew was very pleasant and efficient
Andrew was very helpful. He fixed my fridge freezer which were not sitting correctly, even though he only came out to clean the oven. He even took my rubbish out to the bin for me! Very helpful nice man who did a lovely job of cleaning the oven.
I am delighted with the service carried out by Will, along with the service carried out by John last year they were the best services I have ever received on any of my boilers over the years, I am most grateful.
