I really like the Kapolei location. Super friendly staff, from the girl who answered the phone to sales person Jason Oliveros everyone was kind and helpful. At Kapolei location I was impressed with selection, trying out/sitting on the many recliners. Jason was so patient and kind. After looking at other places I returned and asked for Jason again, the price was great after 10% off sale! And the big thing for me too was the easy access to second floor, the elevator! Yay!!! Nice selection, one of the few furniture places on island. Customer service not great if you walk in (the other locations way friendlier). Yet, looks like they have a lot of employees in the store? Guess helping customers, or at a minimum, acknowledging people is not the norm here. Definitely doesn't make one want to spend their money. Probably a good place to be at if you want to kill time without being bothered as no one will approach you.

Ask for Russ. She was super helpful. I visited this location several times over the course of the year, and didn't purchase anything until recently. Russ has always been incredibly patient -- never pushy. Every single time I visited, she would be attentive and showed me different options they had in store. If I didn't see anything I liked on the floor, she would offer alternatives that I could purchase online. Jason offered excellent customer service. I needed to order a bed and a chair for my mother who lives in Oahu, and I live in California. He made suggestions on what I should purchase and that I could actually see a sample of the chair in one of their affiliate stores in my hometown. I loved the chair and the purchase transaction went smoothly.

And this is for my sales associate I called and spoke to him and he as always is amazing. Sales staff again has nothing to do with my table nor the business. It's the table itself.
Cliff greeted us as we walked into the store. He asked us what we were looking for and directed us to the location of living room furniture. He offered to help us. We were able to browse to see what Homeworld, Red Knot, and Ashley had to offer. Later Cliff asked if we were doing ok and we said yes. Cliff answered our question without hovering over us.
