Just wanna say went in today to add to our existing order a bed frame for our guest room and add a couple of outdoor chairs, and received quite a shock. The bed frame we wanted is no longer available in Queen but were told we can buy the floor model. No discount was offered but they did advise us for delivery and installation would be +$200 (outside co) plus another additional fee for them to have their contractor to come in and uninstall the bed frame in the store. After spending countless hours at various furniture stores looking for the perfect Sectional for our family room, we walked into HomeWorld Kapolei location and we were warmly greeted by AJ. He proceeded to spend the better part of the next two hours, answering our questions, making suggestions and letting us browse on our own. Looking to furnish your home with quality pieces at an affordable price? Then you need to come here and ask for AJ and Russ! Came here on two separate occasions. You could literally spend hours looking at everything since their selection is so large. AJ made sure that we were really taken care of and ensured that we didn't go home with something we didn't love. First of all, I have to preface this with- I don't like furniture shopping. I don't like having a salesperson following you around with the pressure to buy. I shopped around at a few stores in town before heading to Kapolei. HomeWorld in Kapolei is beautiful-the store is very well designed with a lot of natural light. Everyone that greets you while walking in. Usually know how it works when you go into this type of store. Most employees want to work directly with you so there's really no such thing as browsing on your own only because I'm pretty sure it's commission-based. That's the only thing I don't like about these types of sources here constantly being followed and watched LOL but I guess they have to do what they have to do to get a sale. I'm so thankful that there is a furniture/home shop that I don't have to drive to town for. Located in Kapolei adjacent to Kapolei Lofts & Foodland.1st floor: Home World & Red Knot furniture. 2nd floor: Ashley Furniture. Parking lot is pretty spacious, we've never had any issues. Showroom is huge & well lit (its especially nice at this time of year with the Christmas decor).
