Still haven't bought anything from this location in the 2 or 3 times we've been here. But it's a nice, large store with a wide selection, easy access/parking, and nice sales reps.
Absolutely great customer service from sales manager Gina! She hunted the store with me for night stands and we had success. She really went above and beyond to help me. As a flight attendant for over 40 years, I know good customer service! Thanks Gina
Such a clean and big store. We had a guy helping us, AJ. Very professional, patient, and kind. We went a couple of times to look at couches and he was informative without being pushy. So much so that when we were ready to purchase we went through him. I'd highly recommend this store in general but when we go back we will definitely go through AJ.
I recently took advantage of living room set deal. It has great pieces that work perfectly in our home. We had the delivery scheduled the following week and we were extremely happy with the experience. However, we didn't take out the lamps right away as they were packed in a box. When we finally opened it the glass was broken and my significant other cut herself on them. Guess who guess got their first tempur-pedic mattress! Thank you to Gerry in the slumber world department for helping us so much! She made our experience terrific, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us every step of the way, from viewing the mattresses, to testing them to even purchasing. When we first went in, we were on the lookout for something similar to the memory foam mattress we currently have. Just wanna say went in today to add to our existing order a bed frame for our guest room and add a couple of outdoor chairs, and received quite a shock. The bed frame we wanted is no longer available in Queen but were told we can buy the floor model. No discount was offered but they did advise us for delivery and installation would be +$200 (outside co) plus another additional fee for them to have their contractor to come in and uninstall the bed frame in the store. After spending countless hours at various furniture stores looking for the perfect Sectional for our family room, we walked into HomeWorld Kapolei location and we were warmly greeted by AJ. He proceeded to spend the better part of the next two hours, answering our questions, making suggestions and letting us browse on our own. Looking to furnish your home with quality pieces at an affordable price? Then you need to come here and ask for AJ and Russ! Came here on two separate occasions. You could literally spend hours looking at everything since their selection is so large. AJ made sure that we were really taken care of and ensured that we didn't go home with something we didn't love.
