Jason Oliveiros is great. He always keeps us informed about our orders. His customer service is spot on.
Whenever we need furniture, we always look to HomeWorld Kapolei! The sales associates are always very friendly and I don't feel pressured at all to buy anything. Anyways, this second visit was no different, this time we were helped by the wonderful Dayna in the mattress section! She was super patient with us (and the kids running around) as we tried out all the different types of mattresses, and she explained what the differences are for each one as well. Went looking for a new sectional. Saw many choices, but ended going to CS Wo, ( all under same company). Saw exactly what I wanted, for the price I wanted, and off to the races. Will get new furniture by Christmas I hope. Salesperson was very thoughtful and thoroughly got what I wanted.
Disregard my previous review. Got a response and I am satisfied with the final response. I just gotta wait like all others.

We bought all of the furniture here, at the Pearl Ridge store and the new Kapolei location. We bought a complete living room, dining room, television room and two bedrooms. We paced ourselves because we knew that quality was going to be expensive, but being our dream house we knew we wanted a certain look. Great staff, super friendly and helpful. Especially Jason and Candace! They were great and helped me through the entire process. Definitely recommend shopping there, prices are reasonable and they have a huge selection of furniture to choose from.
My family and I would like to say thank you to Arnold who helped us during our visits at HomeWorld. Our original sofa order wouldn't arrive as expected but he let us know as soon as possible. We were grateful that we were able to cancel the order and create a new order with a sofa that would arrive sooner. Arnold gave us a very pleasant experience by being patient and providing friendly costumer service each time.
AJ was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was quick to answer all of our questions and helped us go through each bed frame in our price range and knew every detail. Great service. The only salesperson I would suggest having help you.
Still haven't bought anything from this location in the 2 or 3 times we've been here. But it's a nice, large store with a wide selection, easy access/parking, and nice sales reps.
