Cliff greeted us as we walked into the store. He asked us what we were looking for and directed us to the location of living room furniture. He offered to help us. We were able to browse to see what Homeworld, Red Knot, and Ashley had to offer. Later Cliff asked if we were doing ok and we said yes. Cliff answered our question without hovering over us. See Cliff D. who assisted me, as he possesses friendly, non-intrusive, and approachable service. He willingly took the initiative to search and offer alternatives for what I wanted. Where there's a home..... ......there is the need to furnish or update said home. This place is as it described: it really is a world of furniture. You'll find mattresses, dining tables, coffee tables, sofas, recliners, etc., all under one roof. Its literally one stop shopping. We found and considered a few pieces for our home. Whenever we need furniture, we always look to HomeWorld Kapolei! The sales associates are always very friendly and I don't feel pressured at all to buy anything. Anyways, this second visit was no different, this time we were helped by the wonderful Dayna in the mattress section! She was super patient with us (and the kids running around) as we tried out all the different types of mattresses, and she explained what the differences are for each one as well. Went looking for a new sectional. Saw many choices, but ended going to CS Wo, ( all under same company). Saw exactly what I wanted, for the price I wanted, and off to the races. Will get new furniture by Christmas I hope. Salesperson was very thoughtful and thoroughly got what I wanted.

We bought all of the furniture here, at the Pearl Ridge store and the new Kapolei location. We bought a complete living room, dining room, television room and two bedrooms. We paced ourselves because we knew that quality was going to be expensive, but being our dream house we knew we wanted a certain look.
