We came here for the tent sale today 4/2/17 and also because something unfortunate happened, we got a 2inch tear in the stitching of our sectional that we got in November however I contacted CSWO customer service and they had someone to come out to our home to review the tear and assess the issue. I let the Tech know our concerns and couple weeks later I followed up w/ customer service rep Kawena and she handled the situation so well and contacted the store Manager. 2/10/2017 Update Lesson learned: If you have any issues whatsoever with your furniture delivery at CSWO, don't deal with CSWo's customer service department because they won't help you. Go directly to your sales rep(s) and CSWO's executive headquarters to get things done. Nice show room, went in looking for a living room set looked around and James came up to us to see if we need help, so we agreed on the set we wanted and James took cared of us. Delivery day guys came early which is a plus dont wanna waste my whole day off waiting around but we was missing our chaise lounge !! delivery guy confirmed and said he'll be back same day. There customer service was great! When I walked in I was asked right away if I needed any help! Which I did let the lady know that I was just checking out the new store and some mattress's for myself and kids. I walked both first and second floor. And went back down to mattress where again I was asked if I was doing okay! And If I had any questions! Customers service was excellent I would definitely be back to make my purchases! They had a lot more to choose from then the Aiea store.
Nice new huge showroom! Furniture on display catered to the many different tastes which is a plus. Everything from modern contemporary, traditional, urban, "high end looking" stuff (sorry can't think of it but the stuff people would buy to make their home look like a white expensive regal hotel, not my taste but yeah) Helped by Beau, he was very insightful, approachable and never overbearing. Order a couch in May 2021 and still haven't received as on Nov 2021. Original delivery date was August, then it moved to September, then October. When November came no one called me to notify me what was going on. I had to initiate the call. I was told they were waiting for 2 of 4 pieces to come in the next two weeks, when that date came and went I called again and was given different information. Now only 1 of 4 pieces was in. NO COMMUNICATION! We went to the Kapolei showroom in the beginning of February and placed an order for a sectional and accent chair. We were told next shipment/delivery would be May, we were skeptical because of the timeframe (had guest coming over at the end of May) but decided to take a chance.
