Was met at the door with a sales person who showed us all that they had for kitchen tables and chairs that would meet our needs. Discussed discounts available and special offers. Also added on to our order a coffee tables and different sizes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Didn’t waist our time trying to push other items. Pick up was not as helpful as service person would not use equipment to put in our truck but made us lift them with him.

I special ordered furniture that was taking longer than expected to complete and ship. Home World gave me several options to remedy the problem. Sharina on Maui helped me find a comparable set that will be delivered in a week. I was very happy with the response of the Pearlridge and Maui locations to problem solve the situation.
