Went looking for a new couch and love seat for our house. They had lots of options and styles and once you found the couch you liked you can still customize the color or even fabric. We love that idea and will be ordering soon. And the fact that it's more affordable than the other furniture stores that customize makes this one a win :)

We took our aching backs to Home World Furniture to buy a new bed. Duc Vo (Duke) took EXCELLENT care of us!! He listened to our concerns and budget and explained the difference in technology and made us feel super comfortable and welcomed! We scored 2 new pillows and a mattress cover for free, a $320 value!! Thank you Duc for taking such great care of us at a price we can afford!!

Thanks to HomeWorld & SlumberWorld Maui customer service team Alice, Tara, and Robin. I gave them a very difficult task searching for parts for a sleeper sofa. I was very impressed how professional the team handled this long and difficult task. The way they communicated to each other and constantly followed up with me, no matter what day I called and spoke to a different person each time, they knew exactly what was going on and was always updating me on the situation. Very large selection and big variety. Definitely worth checking out if looking for furniture on Maui. We haven't bought from here, but always check it out when looking.

When we hosted our first annual Maui Winter Wonderland, we were short of parking. I spoke with a HomeWorld Furniture manager named Frank, asking him if we could use his lot. Jayson was terrific! We needed a mattress set on short notice. We had a special circumstance due to an early flight and Jayson made it happen. He jumped in and solved a delivery issue before it really happened! Super service! Mahalo, Jayson!

I went in a few days ago looking for a sleeper sofa. Marci was very helpful. She showed me a few different options and took her time showing me the different fabric selections. I had been to just one store before stopping in and I found the staff to be very rude, considering I was the only person in there I expected some better service. Marci's assistance at HomeWorld was a breath of fresh air! Unfortunately, the wait time for a sleeper to get to Hawaii is a bit longer than I anticipated (about 2-3 months).

Frank was a very well informed saleman. He really knew what he was talking about. He also explained to us that items take awhile to arrive to Hawaii. I know it does because I work for a large retailer and our shipments take ahwile too. I enjoyed my experience there. I will return there to purchase in the future. I also didn't feel presured to buy. Frank even let my wife, son, and I sample their awesome massage chairs.
