I have made several purchases at this location since moving to Maui late 2018. One of the best deals I found was the coffee table and 2 end tables combo! They look like expensive marble and are easy to assemble. The quality was exceptional . The price was amazing. They have the matching sofa table as well. In fact I have purchased 3 of them. Unexpected delight to find affordable and reasonable on select items. Though I wished their bed collections were within my budgets. Customer service was exceptional.

We went to Homeworld looking for a lounger...didn't quite find what we needed (we really have too small a space for a decent chair) but did have the best experience with their sales person Tami Cockett. She was so helpful and followed up with more chair selections in an email. We are doing a renovation early next year and will be in the market for a desk at the very least. We have been customers of Homeworld for about 15 years now and have never been disappointed with them or their products. I just recently had a problem with my recliner which I purchased from them awhile ago and it was definitely out of warranty. I must say that their service was way above and beyond what I expected, and the care extended to me by Tara and Sam was exceptional. Finding furniture on island that will hold up to renters is a challenge. I found the sales people to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about which of their product lines are best for vacation rental properties. They understand the need for good quality at a good price point and their selection is wide. Special orders take longer, but they do everywhere you shop on island. Thanks to Duc for his wonderful, professional service helping us choose furniture for our new townhouse. His suggestions were very helpful and he didn't rush us at all. The end tables and coffee table look awesome in our home as well as his suggestion of a brown Lazy Boy recliner and a simple wooden TV console. His prices are very competitive. Bought a table and 4 chairs couple of years ago. The chairs had defective material that was paper thin. One chair replaced under warranty last year. I knew the others would fail and they did last week. Homeworld said warranty expired. Manager said I'll give you 10% off. Big deal. Poor customer service. Go somewhere else. UPDATE- After posting I was contacted by both the Marketing and Retail Managers for the parent company and they covered both chairs under warranty. I can't say enough about the company and Yelp! After dealing with the very deceptive business practices of neighbor business, Hue Interiors, it was refreshing to experience the honest and fair dealings of Homeworld. The showroom is the best on Maui, and the friendly customer service has made me a return customer.

Clean show room. Easiest process in buying furniture. Marci Savage is there to help and really comes through. Bought multiple pieces from her. In the future I will definitely go to see her again.
