Have been trying to purchase a used vehicle from here and Cole I believe has been very rude and cut me off every time I try to talk to someone new or ask for the gm on duty . Unfortunately the car I want is there or else I wouldn’t deal with them at all. Very disgusted with his attitude
I bought a preowned 2022 Honda Pilot this week. On Tuesday the quoted a price that was advertised on Tuesday in an email I received from this dealer. They gave me a price that matched the advertise price. They offered me a trade in value for my 2013 Pilot of $1,500 which was ridiculous. The next day (Wednesday) I returned to buy the preowned pilot for cash w/o a trade for the advertised price and was told by the Sales Mgr that the price had been adjusted and was now $1,450 more than the day before.
