Sold a vehicle out from under me after I was approved for finance and bought a $400 airline ticket to get there. Ran my credit 15 times and cost me a $400 airline ticket and have offered no remedy. Never do business with these people.
Dishonest service and safety concerns. This dealership marked services as 'completed' that were never performed (confirmed by my own tire markings and their admission). They provided a 'satisfactory' safety report while my Collision Mitigation System is actually failing. Management is rude and unhelpful. If you value your safety and your money, go elsewhere.
The purchase was great! The follow up since has been terrible! Still trying to get a second key to my vehicle. The Manager that was supposed to call me back last week has not and has a voicemail that’s full! I have left messages for 2 days wth the girls that answer the phone and he still hasn’t called! My tag is at the dealership and I am trying to make one trip to compete everything as I live 30 minutes away. I get the feeling once they have sold you something you are then forgotten!!
