The purchase was great! The follow up since has been terrible! Still trying to get a second key to my vehicle. The Manager that was supposed to call me back last week has not and has a voicemail that’s full! I have left messages for 2 days wth the girls that answer the phone and he still hasn’t called! My tag is at the dealership and I am trying to make one trip to compete everything as I live 30 minutes away. I get the feeling once they have sold you something you are then forgotten!! Letter to Mr. Grosso, General Manager I just want to start out by saying that you, unfortunately, manage a group of very dishonest employees. From sales, to finance, to service. I purchased a 2019 Acura ILX in July of 2024, and Angel was my sales representative. I let him know that I did not have great credit, and he said they would see what they could do to provide a finance option for the vehicle I was interested in. After $4800 of repairs my car is making a noise and after leaving my car here for an additional around 10 days they only drive it maybe 4 times not trying to find the problem. Ron James is a very rude man to women who is the manager over the repair shop. Do not take your car here for repairs as my fiancé had his brakes done a few weeks prior to mine being done and his modulator went out exactly like mine did. It’s a $2800 fix ironically.

I normally don’t write reviews but our experience at Honda of Indian Trail needed to be addressed so people don’t make the same mistakes that we experienced. Customer Service: The salesmen will fall all over each other prior to your purchase. Once the papers are signed, it is another story. I made several phone calls and many emails without response. The truck I purchased from this dealership has been in the shop AT LEAST once a month for different problem's since I purchased it. I purchased it back in February. This truck has been a nightmare!!!!!!!

My 2007 Honda ridgeline truck had a recall on it. I received the recall in the mail box in September and took my truck to them in October they refused to fix it so now it's just sitting at Honda of Indian Trail since October of 2023. They are the worst car dealer ship I have ever had to deal with. They dont honor the recalls. The truck has been declared non drivable by them. They still want fix it.
