I'm leaving a one star review due to Honda allowing a baffoon to be employed as a Sales Manager for the used side. I had good service from Tracy and Dennis. Greg on the other hand completely lead with rudeness from the get go. The price I saw was 22,773 and I offered 18,900. Its a used car. The worst they could say is no (and maybe get closer to what they want), but instead I was told no I need to look for another car. Like what? I called for that car. Bought a truck from here that has been in the shop more than it has been on the road. When I came to buy it nothing was wrong with it so they claimed no repairs other than one simple thing. I buy the truck drive it back 4 hrs home and 2 days later I’m on side of the road with almost $3000 worth of work that the warranty they sold me won’t cover. When I tell you this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Ever. Knew I was coming to pick up my new car at 8:30 that morning. Waited hours on the accounting department to send my bill of sale to my bank. Arrived at the dealership around 3:30pm. My car wasn’t even ready. Had to wait HOURS for my windows to be tinted and then my car to be detailed. Ended up leaving around 7:30-8:00 that evening. I purchased a vehicle on June 3rd from this location, and have had nothing but problems with finalizing my deal since then. It is well past 30 days and I still have not received my regular state plates. My 30 days tags information has since then washed off. I bought a car from Honda of Indian Trail May 28, 2022. To this day, August 1st 2022, I still have not received my permanent tags and title!! The workers there don’t respond to emails or return calls/voicemails. Not only that, but you’ll end up paying over $1,000 what the car is listed for, even when paying cash. You’ll come to an “agreement” with a sales manager then later have to sign documents with different SET fees far less then what they just tried to convince you to pay. I purchased my car last year and the experience was awful. I was only given one key and it was broken. The windshield had a chip in it and I was assured by my salesperson and the sales manager that they did something to the chip to keep it from spreading and cracking. I asked if it would be a problem in the future and was told it wouldn’t be. Now the place has cracked and is spreading. As a veteran who joined as the tours came down on 9-11, I would suggest my fellow battle buddies who served or are serving be very careful. When I inquired about a vehicle, my phone continued to ring and I receive many messages. I was told many conflicting things.
