By far one of the worst dealerships you could ever finance a vehicle through. Customer service sucks, they don’t know what they’re doing and only see you as money in their pocket, They don’t check the cars properly before you sign papers and will turn off check engine lights just for it to pass emissions. 1st off buying the car was decent ok experience , being shown the car while it was filthy wasn't a big deal or so I thought at the time although I thought a bit unusual . Until the following day I went to the car wash in the day light only to notice all of the tiny scratches and other bad paint problems . Anyway on to the service at hand . I'm leaving a one star review due to Honda allowing a baffoon to be employed as a Sales Manager for the used side. I had good service from Tracy and Dennis. Greg on the other hand completely lead with rudeness from the get go. The price I saw was 22,773 and I offered 18,900. Its a used car. Bought a truck from here that has been in the shop more than it has been on the road. When I came to buy it nothing was wrong with it so they claimed no repairs other than one simple thing. I buy the truck drive it back 4 hrs home and 2 days later I’m on side of the road with almost $3000 worth of work that the warranty they sold me won’t cover. When I tell you this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Ever. Knew I was coming to pick up my new car at 8:30 that morning. Waited hours on the accounting department to send my bill of sale to my bank. Arrived at the dealership around 3:30pm. My car wasn’t even ready. Had to wait HOURS for my windows to be tinted and then my car to be detailed. Ended up leaving around 7:30-8:00 that evening. Well..just another day in Paradise!! We were going to go the grocery store. Simple I thought. Half hour maybe? Went to get in the car parked in the garage. The car wouldnt start..totally dead. I purchased a vehicle on June 3rd from this location, and have had nothing but problems with finalizing my deal since then. It is well past 30 days and I still have not received my regular state plates. My 30 days tags information has since then washed off.
