Have been waiting on a title for months, purchased a wholesale vehicle July 20th and still do not have a title or an update on title. Dealership avoids answering calls. Communication has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
My purchase experience back in July was amazing, I dealt with Tron who was wonderful! I went back the following Monday to complete purchase and waited probably an hour and a half to close everything out…that was a little frustrating but I was patient. This was first week of July. My wife has been trying to purchase a vehicle for over a week. It seems for whatever reason even thought they have her down payment they don’t want to sell her the car. She has got the run around and it is beyond ridiculous at this point. Stay away from this car dealership. Terrible communication and horrible customer service. Just a bunch of BS from every one.
My fiancé and I tried multiple times to buy a very nice looking car from here! We kept getting the run around and all we wanted was a video call since we were out of state. We kept being told they’d contact us and they never did. Two disappointing experiences in the last month. Visited to buy a new car and the sales team was unresponsive to my messages making an offer to purchase a vehicle I had test driven. I eventually went to another dealer and purchased right away and with a good experience. Gave them another chance by taking my car for an oil change. Almost 2 hour wait even with an appointment. Have been trying to purchase a used vehicle from here and Cole I believe has been very rude and cut me off every time I try to talk to someone new or ask for the gm on duty . Unfortunately the car I want is there or else I wouldn’t deal with them at all. Very disgusted with his attitude
I bought a preowned 2022 Honda Pilot this week. On Tuesday the quoted a price that was advertised on Tuesday in an email I received from this dealer. They gave me a price that matched the advertise price. They offered me a trade in value for my 2013 Pilot of $1,500 which was ridiculous. The next day (Wednesday) I returned to buy the preowned pilot for cash w/o a trade for the advertised price and was told by the Sales Mgr that the price had been adjusted and was now $1,450 more than the day before.
