Beware! I had this service department replace my lower control arms and front struts on my 2014 Odyssey. The prices they charged for the parts was pretty high so I assumed they were original Honda parts. Found out later that they had got the parts from O’Reilly’s for less than half the cost of original. I tried to get a refund for the difference but only got, “well, they have a lifetime warranty”. By far one of the worst dealerships you could ever finance a vehicle through. Customer service sucks, they don’t know what they’re doing and only see you as money in their pocket, They don’t check the cars properly before you sign papers and will turn off check engine lights just for it to pass emissions. Then when you try to get into touch with anyone about the issues you’ll get the run around or never get a return call back, they also will say they’ll cover something under warranty and never will. 1st off buying the car was decent ok experience , being shown the car while it was filthy wasn't a big deal or so I thought at the time although I thought a bit unusual . Until the following day I went to the car wash in the day light only to notice all of the tiny scratches and other bad paint problems . Anyway on to the service at hand .
