First off, The internet sales person is not very knowledgeable about the her products or how car deals work. Also I have a text where she said she would get an answer to a question for me and I have yet to receive a reply. I wasted a whole day sitting around getting double talk and nonsense from her and her very rude manager, Mr. Foster Grant. I honestly love my sales person...he’s literally amazing. He goes above and beyond. However, the other people such as the used car manager and finance person made it feel like i was buying a us d car. Didn’t feel like a premium experience. From mistakes on my paperwork (didn’t say i made a down payment) to just the attitudes. They forgot to put my headrests back in the car. One key didn’t work. I needed a simple splash guard repaired. I waited over an hour only to find out they didn’t fix it correctly. Poor quality work and lack of integrity.
GAMES GAMES GAMES..... this dealership loves to play games when it comes to pricing… Will not show you their best pricing upfront, tries like hell to hold gross on you… Then when you Push and complain they will show you their best price… Especially after you’ve gotten a price from another dealer in writing!!!! Buyer beware!!!
This service department is unfriendly and runs inefficiently. If you have a recall I recommend a different Toyota dealer.

Horrible customer service! Left my Sequoia to have the tires checked/balance due to a vibration. Checked in at 9am and was told to expect 2-3 hours. They did provide a ride to take me home. Called at 12:30 and hadn’t touched car yet. I called again at 5pm and they had just started working on it and they would call me first thing in the am. Initially refused service then my vehicle was returned with the rear suspension sagging. the service manager was rude and not happy to do the recall work for my truck because they might not get reimbursed for the work from corporate. Will never give them business again.
1.5 hrs for an oil change is ridiculous.
