Had a great sales experience followed by absolutely abysmal service. I purchased a new 4Runner a little over a year ago, and was excited about the free maintenance program. The first time I took it in for service, the service techs damaged my wheels, leaving took marks all around the lugs on all four wheels. After buying multiple vehicles there. they low ball me on my trade by 4k then try to sell me something 225 a month over what payment limit is. Hoover toyota you lost a life long customer I'll take my business to Serra toyota, or McKinnon!
Very SLOW on service. It Should NOT take 2 hours for an oil change
I had a 6:15 a.m. appointment, when I got there they were not opened. No one called to reschedule they just weren’t open. This is not good service on their part.
Worst service department ever! This is the second time it’s taken over 4 hours for simple maintenance service and they will not answer their phone or give you a straight answer. Not even worth the maintenance that comes when you buy a car there.
I have a 2015 Toyota.Avalon XLE 17,000 MILES garage kept and the leather seats are cracking, I carried to local dealer took pictures, supposely sent to manager. They said NORMAL wear and tear...really kept in garage and already worn down and cracking. My husband Chev truck did that several years ago and immediately Chev replaced the seats NO issues. Maybe I need to rethink buying another Toyota since the quality is so poor and they don't stand behind their products. VERY DISAPPOINTED in Toyota
I always get there early. Today I was third in line and it took 2 hours to get my oil changed. Usually doesn't take that long. Otherwise, they are excellent.
RecommendedWe bought a 2017 RAV4 Limited from Alex Evans 2 weeks ago. We first met with him 4 weeks ago. I wanted to wait to write a review until later so it would not be tainted by the emotions of the moment. Alex was so open and honest. We did lots of research with, comparing prices with 3 other Toyota dealers and 2 Honda dealers (Tameron being one of them).
