I had a 6:15 a.m. appointment, when I got there they were not opened. No one called to reschedule they just weren’t open. This is not good service on their part.
Worst service department ever! This is the second time it’s taken over 4 hours for simple maintenance service and they will not answer their phone or give you a straight answer. Not even worth the maintenance that comes when you buy a car there.
I have a 2015 Toyota.Avalon XLE 17,000 MILES garage kept and the leather seats are cracking, I carried to local dealer took pictures, supposely sent to manager. They said NORMAL wear and tear...really kept in garage and already worn down and cracking. My husband Chev truck did that several years ago and immediately Chev replaced the seats NO issues. Maybe I need to rethink buying another Toyota since the quality is so poor and they don't stand behind their products. VERY DISAPPOINTED in Toyota
I always get there early. Today I was third in line and it took 2 hours to get my oil changed. Usually doesn't take that long. Otherwise, they are excellent.
RecommendedWe bought a 2017 RAV4 Limited from Alex Evans 2 weeks ago. We first met with him 4 weeks ago. I wanted to wait to write a review until later so it would not be tainted by the emotions of the moment. Alex was so open and honest. We did lots of research with, comparing prices with 3 other Toyota dealers and 2 Honda dealers (Tameron being one of them). Beware - their Service Department will make an appointment with you ***without*** making certain they have the parts in stock. You would think it is a pretty simple question ("do you have the part in stock or not?"), but to them, it is not. Twice now I have made appointments with their Service Department, asking numerous times if they actually had the part in stock (and being told they did), only to arrive for my appointment and being told that I'd have to leave and come back in 4 to 5 days or leave my wife's car with them ... read more
I took my Camry in for warranty work, a faulty gas gauge, goes from full to empty when driving just a few miles or stuck on empty when I start the car, even when full. Needle slowly starts going back up after driving a few more miles. I was charged a $49 diagnostic fee only to be told that no codes showed up on the computer and since the gauge is working right now, there was nothing that could be done. So I get a recall notice for the possibility of a rear differential locking up on my 2016 Tacoma. I called Hoover Toyota at 7:30 am. I told them I had a recall and wanted to know how long it would take and did I need to make an appointment. They said no that all the warranty items get pushed ahead of the normal repairs. It should take about 20 minutes. I said ok I'll be there around noon. I get there and they tell me it will be a least 2 to 2 1/2 hours before they could even look at it. 10 month old truck... blower motor goes out... take it in... get the run around for a week... no one calls back about anything... you have to force the issue... No A/C for 2 weeks... You are not taken care of once you buy from them... Sales guys are great... the service dept is a shambles
