I have been extremely disappointed since I bought my 4Runner at Hoover Toyota with the service they provide but not disappointed enough to fill out a survey until today. When I bought my car I was told (with my father and husband), that I would get free oil changes for life. Apparently that is not so after they sell you a car at Hoover Toyota, as I found out today. Spoke with the manager about this after the fact and she was friendly and understanding, but it doesn't change the experience I had. I had an appointment for 3:30 for a 15k mile service, which is just an inspection and tire rotation. Was told when I pulled I'll it would be an hour and a half, so I said I'd come back another time, and also asked why I'd have to wait that long with an appointment. VJ in used car service is top notch! New car service, not impressed. First service visit did not go well. Second one today, not going well. They boast about Red Carpet Service. I am not impressed yet.

Service dept. is great but they just went up on oil service big time. Use to pay 70 now I had to pay 101
RecommendedMainly for the service department. Sales and check out of service have been horrible lately. If you do not want people to use the coupons then don't mail them out. Leave people alone at 7:55pm on Sat.. No one is going to buy a car at that time. I was polite enough to tell the saleslady I was just looking and not in the market right now but she still followed me around. It was the worst experience I have had while purchasing a vehicle. The staff told me over and over how patient they had been while working with me. Over or about 1 month I waited for the car I ordered and purchased the car only to discover it was not what I had ordered-But they never acknowledged they had ordered the wrong vehicle.
