Service dept. is great but they just went up on oil service big time. Use to pay 70 now I had to pay 101
RecommendedMainly for the service department. Sales and check out of service have been horrible lately. If you do not want people to use the coupons then don't mail them out. Leave people alone at 7:55pm on Sat.. No one is going to buy a car at that time. I was polite enough to tell the saleslady I was just looking and not in the market right now but she still followed me around. It was the worst experience I have had while purchasing a vehicle. The staff told me over and over how patient they had been while working with me. Over or about 1 month I waited for the car I ordered and purchased the car only to discover it was not what I had ordered-But they never acknowledged they had ordered the wrong vehicle. I will not purchase anymore vehicles here because the service department is absolutely terrible.
Had a great sales experience followed by absolutely abysmal service. I purchased a new 4Runner a little over a year ago, and was excited about the free maintenance program. The first time I took it in for service, the service techs damaged my wheels, leaving took marks all around the lugs on all four wheels. When I discovered the damage and notified the service manager her flat response was, ’We didn’t do that.’ After pressing a little to get the damage repaired, she told me that their wheel guy was only around on Frida... read more
Wonderful experience. Josh was a true gentleman. Not pushy, but very cordial. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car.
After buying multiple vehicles there. they low ball me on my trade by 4k then try to sell me something 225 a month over what payment limit is. Hoover toyota you lost a life long customer I'll take my business to Serra toyota, or McKinnon!
Very SLOW on service. It Should NOT take 2 hours for an oil change
