I arrived about 10 am for an oil change for my 2010 4Runner. I did not leave to almost 2 pm!!! 4 hours for an oil change is unacceptable! I had to walk into the service area to find a worker to help me retrieve my truck. My truck was sitting in the pickup area. NO representative came to get me to tell me my truck was ready. Was told my radio didnt work correctly due to an update needed. Update would cost 29.95 🙄 I was then told my system had internal error and would need a new radio. 5k for new radio or 900 for refurbished. 2016 Tacoma. I said forget it went home googled it and updated the radio with a USB stick myself.
I dropped off my vehicle for repairs and received very poor follow up on the status of the repairs needed. I tried to call several times to speak to the service writer but always got their voicemail and even after leaving a message I did not receive a return call. I will choose a different dealership next time I need repairs.

6:05 am I arrived didn’t leave till after 12:30. I was told one price but charged an additional $85.00. Google had said price to repair the sticking coolant piece would be between $240 and $350. Hoover charged $468.00. Then when I got the bill it was $530. He did realize an error after I questioned the price. Not a happy customer.
I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and rotate tires. The dealership no longer takes appointments. I didn’t have this problem when you could bring your car in by appointment.
Made an appointment for 10am(was told I was priority with an appointment). I arrived at 9:15am thinking I could get out of there earlier. I needed a key programmed and my radio was freezing up. I was told it would take about an hour. Nearly 5 hours I was still sitting in the waiting room with my 4 month old baby. No one ever stayed in communication with me.
