Been texting and emailing with them and we are close on price and payment and then nothing!!! I guess they sale so many it’s not a big deal but twice now over the years I’ve tried to buy from them and will never step foot on their lot or contact them again!!
Seth and Maria in the service department gave me the worst experience ever. They had fooled me out of $1000 plus dollars. They lied to me the whole time I was doing business with them and my car is still having the same issues. When I received my car back I asked if they topped all my fluids off and they said yes. Crooks. Cancelled deposit on misrepresented sequoia 4 weeks before it’s arrival and still did not refund my deposit. AVOID!!!!!

Service Department needs to be evaluated. 2020 Camry went in for oil change etc after picking it up she had to return because they somehow they got leafs down in her Cabin Filter . 2020 Camry went there for oil change and new filter . My daughter left called me saying she Smelled plastic They didn’t take the wrapper off filter ! Friday before she took it somewhere else for new tires balance all that . The customer service has went down dramatically since I purchased my vehicle at Hoover Toyota. I went in for an oil change and they tried to charge me for tire rotation when I purchased my tires at the facility. They quoted me $89.99 for an oil change then sent me a text for $132.99 oil change and $69.99 air cabin filter.
