Very poor customer service- our salesman did not listen to anything we said. Plus, he stated we could buy a particular car for $18k, but then suddenly, the car could not be sold below $19,250. He could or would not explain why we were promised $18k at our test drive, but then raised the price over $1000. We did our research on the car and even consulted someone who works in Honda financial (we were looking at a Honda), so we went in very well-informed and expected only a reasonable deal, not magic. Like to thank Michael from the used car lot for putting us in the car but I did not like how Richard Tidwell talked down to my wife when I was not there and demanded her to do things. But other than that happy with Michael and the hard work he did to help us out. So men go with your wife when you go to get a car or truck
I am very dissatisfied with the customer service in the service department. I took my Sequoia by there a few weeks ago to ask a question and they obviously didn't want to fool with me. Then I made 2 phone calls to get a cost on a very simple job. The receptionist took my name and number and said a service. person would return my call. Never was my call returned, either time.
