Service department sucks! I bought a new Toyota it has a bad shaking at 74mph, they said they can only balance up to 70mph. Will never by another Toyota!!!
We have owned Toyota vehicles for almost 20 years. The product is excellent overall. It just should not take over two hours for a simple oil change.
RecommendedMy husband and I have been looking for a family friendly, reliable vehicle for a month or so. We have been burned badly once before buying a used car from a dealership. HORRIBLE customer service in the service department. Used to be amazing, not sure what happened but I will not be coming back.
Bought a brand new 4 runner sr5 2wd. Marginal vehicle at best. The list of issues is too long. Service department is terrible. Every time I drive into the service bay, never any acknowledgement that I am there. 10+ employees but nobody to help you. I completely regret buying
Horrible experience with service department. Short version...it took 5 visits over about 7 weeks to resolve a couple of seemingly simple issues....the only person who even pretended to care was the service manager...at my last visit, After waiting to check out for nearly 30 minutes, I was told that they were waiting for a tech to get off lunch break...almost $1000 spent and still being told another $650 worth of repairs needed when I was originally told the car needed a gas cap and battery replacement.
Tried to get my rav4 serviced there. Called and they said they don't take appointments for maintenance. So I take it down there on a Tuesday at 10am and the service writer tells me it's a 3 hour wait just to get the tires rotated!! Sent them a email about it and never got a reply. Never again will I go there.
The Service Department is awful and untrustworthy. The sales department is good to work with but the service department is crooked. I have bought 4 trucks from them but I doubt I will buy another due to the service department.
