Had an awesome experience with Horizon yesterday. My air conditioner completely stopped working. Call Horizon and they had a tech to my house in less than an hour. Joe was wonderful. It was so hot and he worked for hours getting my air up and running again, going up in my attic numerous times. I can’t even imagine how hot it was up there. He was pleasant the entire time.
