last week LaMier came out to our home to fix our A/C, I can not say enough wonderful things about this man! He was knowledgeable, kind and hard working. He realized quickly what the issue was and had it fixed before we knew it. We had a great conversation while he worked and he complemented the smell of the dinner I was making for my family while he worked. We were thrilled with his work and service. Lots of rain yesterday and today. Woke up at 4am to my basement flooded. Sump Pump broke. Called Horizon they had someone available to come out right away (same day). Technician assessed problem, and put in a new pump right away. Also checked outside to make sure everything was working. Technician also asked if I needed help with anything else (other plumbing issues or clean up help). Professional and knowledgeable. Will recommend to everyone. Thank you so much.
