New heater/central air installed Nov. 2020. The status on thermostat read "waiting on equipment." temp inside was reaching was reaching 80 degrees. called for service. Tech came in 2 hours from call. Found an earwig in contacter, it was shorted out. Replaced with an enclosed one. Running great again. Thanks Kevin!! All covered under 10 year warranty.

I have to sing the praises of our Horizon experience. Colleen was our salesperson. She was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. We signed with her right away and knew we would be in good hands.
