New heater/central air installed Nov. 2020. The status on thermostat read "waiting on equipment." temp inside was reaching was reaching 80 degrees. called for service. Tech came in 2 hours from call. Found an earwig in contacter, it was shorted out. Replaced with an enclosed one. Running great again. Thanks Kevin!! All covered under 10 year warranty.
